The ONYXCOOL Cap is cleverly designed to fit within most hats, caps, head wraps and trendy beanies to deliver even, all-over head cooling relief. It’s made with a specially formulated plant-based cooling phase material (PCM) that is skin-safe and soothing and may be used to relieve heat stress, headaches, migraines, fevers or help with hair loss. *Cap not included. SkinSafe™ 58° (designed for cool therapy and relief; refrigerate to activate)
CoolNow™ (designed for cool comfort and on-the-go cooling; re-cools at room temperature).

Both temperature options stay cool for 20-40 minutes, depending on ambient temperatures. They re-cool in 20-30 minutes. Cool Solutions and Uses:

SkinSafe™ 58° (refrigerate to activate)

Place cooling cap insert in the refrigerator or a cooler of ice for 30 minutes.
Place fabric side inside hat so the cool white pods can be directly on head
Wear until cool pods become clear (~30 min)
Return cap insert to refrigerator to reactivate cooling for next use (or place in an air-conditioned vehicle or cooler of ice for 20 minutes)
To clean, use a damp cloth and mild soap and then air dry.

CoolNow™ (ready to use when you are – no refrigeration required)

Place fabric side down inside hat so the cool white pods can be directly on head
Wear until cool pods become clear (~30 min)
Re-cool by laying the insert on a flat surface in room temps below 80° F (or in an air-conditioned vehicle or a cooler of ice). The pods become white again as they refresh and re-cool at room temperature
To clean, use a damp cloth and mild soap and then air dry.

The device is not intended for use on infants.
Keep and store the device away from heat and sharp objects.
CANNOT be used as a hot pack.
DO NOT microwave.
DO NOT apply to open wounds, abrasions or a break in the skin.
DO NOT over tighten elastic straps as this may affect circulation.
DO NOT use bleach to clean the device.
If the device is punctured or damaged, discard immediately and obtain a new, clean device.
Discontinue use if discomfort, redness, increased swelling or skin irritation occurs. Wash area with mild soap and water. If pain persists, consult your physician or healthcare professional.
